"Romance in a Half-Shell"

Films: The Bermuda Depths (1978)

Alias: None

Type: Unknown, possibly Mystical or Mutant

Location: Ocean

Height/Weight: That of two whales.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: Some weird things occur around the Bermuda Triangle. But try finding a case stranger than the sad tale of a man, his erratic friend, a lost love, and the giant sea turtle that ties it all together.

History: Magnus Dens used to know a girl. One named Jennie. They would hang out at the beach all day as kids. They once watched a sea turtle hatch and grow. At one point, they even carved their initials on its shell. Many, many years later, after Jennie was last seen wandering into the sea, Magnus finds himself being caught up in a hunt for a gargantuan sea turtle somewhere in Bermuda.

Notable Kills: See Final Fate.

Final Fate: The turtle gets a harpoon to the shell, but it ties around the hunter's leg, so when the turtle sinks, so does he. Naturally, he drowns. Jennie also showed up, but didn't do much. Magnus just leaves feeling sad while the turtle keeps swimming on, the initials still there on its otherwise stainless shell...

Powers/Abilities: Judging by the glowing eyes that Jennie and it share, it can be inferred that they both share a spiritual connection.

Weakness: Unknown.

Scariness Factor: 1.5-An utterly harmless giant, this turtle also has bad blue screen and a stiff prop portraying it. Still, points for creativity.

Trivia: -The Bermuda Triangle is a grand source of bizarre ocean phenomena. This mainly comes from how ships and planes go missing the moment they enter it. Where do they go? Who knows.

-The turtle's noises were taken from the songs of humpback whales.

Sorry, guy, but she's kinda attatched to the monstrosity.

This is the least amount of trouble you can find yourself in, actually.

"Look into my beautiful eyes!"
This triangle will swallow you up and spit.

Always pack a knife if you have foot tangling rope.

"You know, this still hurts me."
